Kai Greene demolishes delts

Flux refers to continuous change and movement, the opposite of stasis. A constant state of flux best describes any Kai Greene workout, there’s nothing static or predictable about the man or the way he trains.

In many ways, Greene is a throwback to the old days of bodybuilding. His attention to posing and presentation are on par with Ed Corney’s, Frank Zane’s, and Mohamed Makkaway’s. His workouts, predictable only in their volume of exercises, sets, and reps, have much in common with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s and the Gold’s crew’s high volume routines. Like Arnold or Sergio or Serge, Greene presents a physique that is truly unique from year to year and show to show. One Olympia he comes in streamlined and aesthetic, the next he’s packing so much mass you scratch your head doubting he could add another ounce of muscle. Greene’s physique is complete from his one huge dread lock down to his toes. His deltoids are completely developed through and across heads.

The Grossest Synthol Freaks

Feast your eyes on our latest freak show gallery of Synthol abusers from around the world. Forget about tone, forget about definition, forget about symmetry, forget about strength, all that matters to these gentlemen is having the biggest, gnarliest, most pillow-y biceps on the entire internet. Body dysmorphia comes in all shapes in sizes, but these guys* only come in two: big and weird.

These substances are injected directly into the target muscles, where they stretch muscle fascia. The theory is that as they are broken down by the body over a period of several months, the space left by them is replaced with new muscle tissue growth. Upon injection, roughly 70% of the oil remains in the muscle, while the other 30% is absorbed into the body as lipids. These substances do not inherently contain any androgenic steroids although users of site enhancing oils are of course far more likely to use performance enhancing drugs. As with any non-medically administered injectable, usage carries high risks.

When used judiciously it is the subject of great controversy in the world of competitive bodybuilding. Bodybuilders can utilize these oils to make subtle changes in lagging muscle groups that can be difficult to detect by appearance alone.

When used recklessly, the result is...

Famous Celebrities Who Are Sneakily Sort Of Built

This is a tribute to all the celebrities who put in work at the gym but don’t always get any recognition for it.

Dave Chappelle
When Dave disappeared from the spotlight for a few years, he was at the gym. Being in good shape is a bit of a taboo among comedians, the fear is that people won’t think you’re as funny. Dave doesn’t care about any stupid taboos.

Chris Pratt
From Parks and Rec to starring in the number one movie in the country (Guardians of the Galaxy), Chris Pratt’s career trajectory has followed his physical transformation.

Tim McGraw
Tim’s is great shape for a cowboy who’s never spent a day working on the farm.

Common
Rapper-turned-actor Common falls into the more intellectual category of hip-hop, but that doesn’t stop him from staying in shape like his thuggish counterparts.

Matthew Fox
Since starring in the show Lost, Matthew Fox has gained.

Matt Lauer
Not what you’d expect from a newscaster in his mid 50′s.

Milo Ventimiglia
He’s been in a bunch of shows that guys don’t really watch unless they’re just feigning interest while trying to get laid.
Robery Downey Jr.
